Mooban Connect, utilitech.io and our other products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and by the terms of Google Play or the App Store where you download them. Features, availability and prices described here may change without notice.

The website links to sites and services we do not control, such as app stores, LINE, GitHub and client websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. You use them at your own risk and under their own terms.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the website or its content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of viruses or fit for a particular purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be decided by the competent courts of Thailand.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it.
